We are proud to utilize good old fashion customer service and fill in the gap that is so often left wide open by the lender. we want to fill in the gap by taking the time to walk through each bill as best as we can in order to help our customers fulfill each financial obligation. The fact is that Companies don’t have the man power or rather don’t believe in the man power when it come to “proactively” help and remind customers adhere to the basics or a monthly billing statement. They are banking on a late payment fee and or Finance charges. This is how banks or lenders make money. We don’t believe this is a bad thing but we think each customer is given the opportunity to avoid these fees and we want to help in the best way we know how, talking about it.

$15 per month for calls on Sundays or after 7pm mst any day of the week
